Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "Outstanding crew that got in there, did the install and didnâ t mess around. When they went to work they meant it! Outstanding product and really fast installation. When the flooring product was here they came in, blitzed the house and got the old carpet out and the new flooring in. They had to move a lot of heavy furniture around to do the install and never heard a single murmur. Great experince and we love the floors!"

I was not onsite for the job but Mike kept me in the loop daily with phone calls and pictures which really helped. There was also quite a bit of structural damage discovered during the job that was brought my attention very timely and then properly fixed. I know feel my family is safe on the decks and they look amazing! Have a list of other projects (roof, windows, siding) that I plan on working with Mike to complete over time."

"After a hectic move-in, and a disastrous unpack, I called in the big guns! This crew did a phenomenal job of unpacking, organizing, re-organizing, and setting up my kitchen, master bedroom closets and pantry. They were so quick and efficient we we even time to tackle a few book cases, display shelves, and bathrooms. They always asked my input about placement of items, and I was thrilled with the end result. They also helped organize donation boxes and items to be recycled. I will use them again for sure.
