Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. Roland wasted no time in quoting same day, bringing quality materials next day, and organizing his qualified team(s) to get the job done well and quickly. This included removal/disposal of the exterior rotted boards (50'), repair of rotted interior pieces, all painting, new drip edges, and even repair of an additional section. "Mike and Mason have done numerous jobs for us, Previously, he had rebuilt our back decks, and performed repairs and remodeling after Florence. The latest project was demolishing and reconstructing our two-story front decks. The design he came up with is very unique and attractive, no cookie cutter here, They arrived at the job on time exactly as promised. They used nothing but first rate materials. Mason is a FIRST RATE craftsman, and a great young man; he and built our entire deck by himself in just a few days. The only problem is that he was slowed down just a bit because he was interupted so often because every person who walked by had to stop and admire the work! When he was finished, all of the debris was hauled away promptly, and the place was left as clean as they had found it. I also work at the HIstoric Assembly Building in Topsail Beach. Because we were so satisfied with the Colleys work, I have hired him for a couple of jobs in the building, even though he was priced a couple of bucks higher. The results were no different. Now, for home or the AB, I will hire no other carpenter."
