"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later.
