Top Smart Roofing was always reliable. They always showed up on time. They always kept you informed on the job progress. Their dedication to quality was outstanding. Communication was excellent. We will use Top Smart Roofing for all of our home improvement and repair needs. This review form would only let me pick one category. The work performed by Top Smart Roofing included complete repairs for storm damage when a tree fell on our house. They provided all the information we needed to satisfy our insurance company. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them.

Top Smart Roofing did an awesome job ..Knew and understood ..Very knowledgeable and kind caring willing to please. Got right on if. Showed up and knew what he was doing completed the job with no problems. Brought everything he needed. No money changed hands until the job was 100% complete they Were neat and tidy through the job and cleaned up everything before he left took away all old supplies.I would highly recommend Franco and his team to anyone...

This experience was awesome...Professional, workmanship top notch, very respectful, friendly, efficient, Franco went above and beyond to please. He was on time came complete with everything he needed he was clean and kept his area clean as he went. He worked alongside his co-worker as they competed our sky-light replacement. Franco gave me a good quote and put a temporary cover over the leaking area .Good thing he did because we got over 6 inches of rain the next day. Did the work as promised and finished on schedule. Would recommend to anyone who needs roof work.
