Top Down Lawn Care has been great to work. We have them out regularly for lawn care and have also had them do seasonal clean up. Our property looks great year-round

Dylan is great, he’s been maintaining my front yard for about a year, and it looks better than ever. I recently had him turn a huge weed/grass covered mess into something that looks wonderful and clean now. I will be ready to plant new bushes and trees next spring thanks to his help. I would recommend him to everyone who needs lawn work done. He’s punctual and I always know the schedule when he’ll be here. Very reasonably priced too for a jib well done. 10/10

Dylan did some design work on my lawn to make it more attractive and maintainable. He set up an inexpensive automatic watering system and seeded to crowd out clover. My yard looks really good, better than it ever had before TopDown. Dylan always meets appointed times, is honest and conscientious . Highly recommend Top Down service.

Gets it done right

We first hired Top Down/Dylan when we saw him at three of our neighbors homes. He was able to give me a quote very quickly for biweekly lawn maintenance. After years of mowing the yard ourselves, we?re so happy not to! Dylan shows up when he says he will and completes the work efficiently. Paying him is a breeze whether I use cash or the link that he sends. In addition to mowing he offers other yard/lawn maintenance services like setting up a watering system or reseeding the grass. We?re very happy with the work that Dylan provides!
