Setup a time for Saturday and then he said he was behind and would come Sunday morning. Never showed up or called. I texted him twice and he ignored me.

I had Ben aerate last year and spoke at great lengths with him on getting it in shape because it was a weedy mess. My yard turned out great. I had him come out for fall follow-up and again this week. All those winter weeds that used to smother my grass are minimal this year. I will continue to use him. He's knowledgeable and a super guy.
