"I called for a quote and Dan was awesome. He arrived on schedule, walked me through everything he recommended. I rent but the carpet had pet odor that needed to be addressed. He gave me the quote wi yay reasonable price and time to think about it. When I was ready, he had me on the schedule within the week. Again he arrived as schedule, well just a few minutes late, but he sent a message an hour prior to let me know. He did an amazing job. The carpet has brightened up, the pet smell is gone! He assured me if there were any issues to call and he’d be there to fix it. I can’t foresee any issues. But I know Dan would be good in his word. If you need a good carpet cleaning service, Dan will be the only call you need to make."

"One Friday I called 4 other carpet cleaning companies. They all were booked far out or they weren't local. I loved the fact that Mr. Steam was local! I spoke directly to the owner & scheduled my appointment for the following Tuesday. They cleaned a complete couch set, rug & the carpets. I also needed pet stain removal & deoderizing. We are staging the home to rent to traveling medical staff so we wanted it to be perfect & it was! Everything looked brand new! They arrived on time, I ran errands while they were there & it was a 3 hour process from start to finish. The quote was the same price at the end of the job which is what I was hoping for! "I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic!
