"Please stay away!!! Left my sink unusable. I hate giving bad reviews but MM ruined my kitchen sink, then disappeared. It looked amazing when he finished but then the nightmare started. They have sleek marketing, cute branded van, and great convincing sales people but the guy who came to my house RUINED my sink. I was told it was because they used a "different polymer" (what???) as to why it looked like trash and everything was sticking to it. Actually still sticking to THIS day, my sink is in terrible shape. Also broken was my kitchen faucet and sprayer underneath. They did come out and explain to me about the polymer and try to fix the faucet, but never came back to refinish the actual sink. Lesson Learned: Do your homework/read and trust the reviews. After this incident, I found out this is par for the course and there are many shoddy jobs with Miracle Method and quality is hit or miss with them. Just google *Miracle Method complaints*. I couldn't believe it. There are plenty of reputable companies who want and care about your renovations in the Saint Louis area, this isn't one. Save your money."

Two of the things needed were replacement of a sidelight unit located on the front entry and replacement of a window with a bad seal that caused it to appear foggy. Setting up the appointments for the evaluation and the installation were very pleasant and professional. The Metropolitan Glass Co. Installer, Rob, evaluated the two windows. He assured me that the replacement sidelight would match the other sidelight beside the front door and it does. This was a huge relief because it effects the curb appeal of the villa. Rob looked at the window with the bad seal and informed me that it was probably still under warranty with the manufacturer. Rob made the arrangements for a replacement window under warranty! We are so happy with the windows installed by Metropolitan Glass Co. Rob was very helpful and personable. I would definitely contact Metropolitan Glass Co. again."

"Purchased 3 panel french doors for our house, was told it came with a sliding screen door. First off it took almost 6 months to get the doors in, they said they kept calling me for installation for a couple months...that did not happen, I received no call. When I got the doors they were beautiful, issue was it did not come with a sliding screen door as told and on my contract. The only option was a phantom screen door which they paid for. The second issue with the first install was the gap at the bottom of the door you could see right through to the outside, this took 3 times of them coming back. The doors were all chipped up, the glass had fog inside of them and they scratched my composite deck pretty bad leaving gouges in it. They reordered new glass that again took forever and once again they said they called me multiple times for installation which I never got. My salesperson said they would get back to me on what they are going to do about my deck once they talk to the owner ....nothing, has been over 6 months - guess they thought I would just go away. Never use this company please - lack of follow up and crappy quality work"
