"Barron Mirror Glass and Door was contracted by the customer to install mirrors in his salon ,which was done with no problem. At that time he asked to us to measure for shelving for an oddly shaped alcove area and told us to work with his carpenter on-site for the specifics. We measured the area per his carpenters direction and produced the shelves for pick-up. These were made precisely to instruction. After the shelves were picked up, we were called and he stated that they were not cut how he wanted. Tom Barron personally went to site to understand the situation and saw that the shelves were cut to go straight across the area rather than at an off-angle. This was what the carpenter requested rather than cut to the angle because of the cost difference. Tom told him that the straight cut shelf was what was ordered and it was correct as ordered. The cut sheet from job-site shows the options that were discussed with the customers carpenter and shows the option selected. We gave him options on re-cutting the order and offered a discount to try and work with him but he insisted that it was our fault. We regret his unhappiness but we offered to work with him and were rebuffed. His attempt to cancel payment was also denied from the credit card company because of the facts showing we did our job correctly, produced a quality product, attempted to resolve the problem and supplied exactly what was ordered. His refusal to accept these facts is the crux of this posting. We pride ourselves in the business relationships we've grown and will never insult a customer or refuse to correct a mistake. We will go to great lengths to keep our customers happy and coming back to us for all glass needs, but we can not simply re-cut an order when it was produced exactly as it was ordered."
