"John and Peter did a wonderful job! Installed soffit / Trim / siding and ceiling metal at our 3 porches. The work included outlets and switches for exterior lighting. They also installed several 45 degree Diagonal supports on our porch columns as architectural features. Super easy to work with and cleaned up after every day. "I first gave Southern Grace an "A" grade, but since then I have developed a leak, and have tried contacting them by email, phone, and text probably 20 times, and they have not gotten back to me. Obviously once they are paid, they want nothing further to do with you!

"I was having a problem with MS Office not responding and other files being very, very slow to open. Jim started looking for the cause right away. He did numerous checks for viruses, malware, and various other things that can go wrong. He vigorously pursued a resolution pretty steadily for two days before determining it was a malfunctioning external backup system that was causing the problem. With that finding, he promptly got my computer running smoothly and very fast again. He made two trips to my house; on the first one, he had to cross a sheet of ice in my driveway. Jim is a very capable and experienced computer analyst that will get after your problem because he fully understands the importance of, and the need to have a working computer in the house.

"They've done good work. The quality is really good. Once they started the work it was done quickly, about two days. Rock solid and perfect clean up. Good technicians. They know exactly what they are doing. They give you a discount if you put a sign in your yard, the contract is put a sign up for a week a few times a year. They seemed to forgot to come get the sign a few times.
