After a service call is processed a manager is called to location for bidding process, when the bid is confirmed there will always be a deposit and contract signing required. We take sub-contract work when ever available.

"IT WENT TERRIBLY! A few months later, "the rich chocolaty" color began to significantly fade, and eventually began to have white coloring throughout. After six months from installation of the mulch, I had called and spoke with Jim and then with Phil Dougan. I informed them both that the coloring had faded, and the mulch was significantly deteriorating. Despite reaching out to Mr. Dougan multiple times, sending him pictures of the mulch, and inviting him to come and look at the mulch on our property, I simply got the run around from him. I was told he would be out within a week, then it was another week, and still another, etc., etc. I seriously regret ever spending $2,140 for such a terrible product and poor customer service to match."
