"I just had my deck replaced by Level Up and I am very pleased. I had one issue with the deck, but as soon as I let them know they were quick to fix it without any issues. The project was also reasonably priced. I would definitely hire Level Up in the future."

"We used the foam injection lifting. All the sinking sections were made level and we were able to drive on it the same day. They also provided some concrete patching beyond filling the holes which was appreciated."

Customers say: Quick response

"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. I look forward to working on the 2nd and 3rd floors with them in the future. Donn Upp"

"As far as I know the work is good. I haven t been under the house to look yet. I m waiting for it to dry out and warm up. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. I do feel like if I have a problem that they will address it honorably."

"The men came out right on time and started to work. My house is setting on 14ft of fill! They dug five holes next to the foundation. They had to jack hammer for two days through a lot of rock until they got to the basement footer. Deshon O, Jovann J and Kyle H were the team ready for the task. Iâ m really impressed with the hard work and the team tasked with making my foundation solid again. Foundation Recovery Systems was right priced and reliable. If I had known it was such a reasonable cost Iâ d have had it done years ago. Iâ ll be recommending them!"

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

In Lees Summit, homeowners often weigh the durability of polyurethane foam against the lower initial cost of mudjacking, a key decision given the area's expansive clay soil. Another trade-off is between immediate functionality, like fixing a trip hazard, and achieving a perfect aesthetic finish. Finally, variable spring weather may force a choice between a rushed single-day job and waiting for optimal conditions.

Helpful?

During a concrete leveling evaluation in Lees Summit, professionals closely inspect areas where settled concrete impacts safety and drainage. This includes the foundation perimeter, driveway-to-garage transitions, and walkways with trip hazards. They also assess water flow patterns to prevent moisture issues and analyze the underlying expansive clay soil, which is a primary cause of settling in the region.

Helpful?

The scope of work is a primary factor; large driveways or multiple sunken slabs in Lees Summit often require a staged approach. Weather also plays a role, as polyurethane foam needs temperatures above 40°F and rain can cause delays. The area's expansive clay soils may require multiple sessions if the ground is too wet or dry, affecting the stability of the lift.

Helpful?

When planning concrete leveling in Lees Summit, check for any city permit requirements or HOA rules for exterior work. It's also critical to schedule the project to avoid Missouri's freeze-thaw cycles, which can impact fresh work. Before any injection begins, a professional must contact Missouri One Call to locate underground utilities, ensuring a safe and compliant project on your property.

Helpful?

For cosmetic concrete leveling in Lees Summit, the focus is on achieving a flawless, even surface that matches existing concrete, often using polyurethane foam for its smaller injection holes. Functional projects prioritize safety and drainage, correcting trip hazards or redirecting water away from foundations. These jobs may use more robust methods even if the injection points are more visible, as function trumps appearance.
