"Terrible. Unfortunately, the terms of the contract weren’t fulfilled and we are left finishing a large portion of the remodel and addition. Although we hired Mountain Construction to build an addition and remodel our retirement home and ~93% of funds were provided to Mountain Construction, we were left with ~35%-40% of the overall construction not completed. I would not use nor recommend Mountain Construction for any project one might be considering."

"Hired then late Nov 2024. Rushed to do the job, left a darn mess in the area. Left large air pockets and caused even more damage to my home's foundation. High pressure sales, terrible work. The warranty doesn't cover anything due to Foundation Recovery does NOT stand behind their work. I'm disgusted with their dishonesty from sales to repair and management. I will be hiring a structural specialist, contacting the Attorney General and filing a complaint with the BBB. Photos will be sent to both."

"The lifting and crack sealing of my driveway and front walkway/porch was fantastic. The driveway sank a little bit a couple of months after application and they came back to lift it free of charge. However, if you need concrete flatwork done, I would suggest going elsewhere. We had two corners that needed poured because they were too damaged to lift. They had to come out to repour three times in one year, and the concrete is already starting to crack again."

We have been fixing things ever since, including but far from limited to six leaks, replacement of one ac/ furnace, They take no responsibility and won?t speak with me. We also discovered that many our appliances including stove and fridge were purchased at a scratch and dent store. They never mentioned this to us. We discovered it when dealing with issues with both fridge and stove. Currently having stucco repair work done. Just saying? they built the house next-door at the same time and the results have been pretty much the same. All I can say, if for some reason you choose Hickock Homes, negotiate your contract very carefully, also be sure you understand the limitations on the so called home warranty. during the build tRay to stay on top of things as much as possible.
