I was very satisfied. I called late Thursday afternoon, to arrange service on Friday. They said they were busy, but would squeeze me in on Friday. They were able to swing by late Friday afternoon and make the repair.
They were very professional. Explained the problem and solutions and scheduled repairs as soon as they could fit it in. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area very clean.
