The completion of the project checked all the boxes which is not always the case at the Lake of the Ozarks. We really like the addition of a concrete formed pad at the bottom of the stairs. Not at all expected. The extra effort tied a bow on the project. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would contact Kerr Construction for additional deck related needs. "Jeff was good to work with. We had a small issue with being able to get materials initially ( shortage of lumber). His construction foreman was knowledgable and easy to work with. The quality of work was excellent with regards to the deck and concrete work. Overall this was a very good experience.
