"Owner was responsive and professional. Crew was prompt and courteous. Truck and equipment seemed well maintained. They moved very quickly across the carpets while attempting to sell additional services. They were polite about the selling without annoying pressure. I liked everything about them except their ability to clean carpet. When they left, I put towels on the stairs. When I put my foot on the towel, grey water saturated the towel immediately. I tried other spots with the same effect. The carpet was very wet with very dirty water. It was late in the day, so I did not call them. I set box fans and a dehumidifier to dry it as quickly as possible. Within a couple of weeks I decided to replace the carpet due to the smell. I liked these guys and wanted to give a good review but can't. I selected them for their quick-dry assurance and it was the one area they failed badly. To be fair to them, I must point out that I did not call and give them a chance to resolve the problem. In my opinion, carpet cleaning is not high art or rocket science. They failed at the most basic component of the business while focusing on the periphery, so I cut my losses and moved on."
