[IT TOOK TWO (2) ADDITIONAL VISITS FOR THEM TO CONVINCE ME THAT NOT ALL OF THE CARPET STAINS WOULD COME OUT COMPLETELY.] THE TECHNICIANS WERE PUNCTUAL AND TRIED EVERY CLEANING METHOD AVAILABLE TO THEM, BUT NOT ALL OF THE COFFEE STAINS WERE REMOVED NO FAULT OF THEIRS. HOWEVER, THE CARPETS ARE NOW FRESH AND MUCH MORE PRESENTABLE TO THE PUBLIC (ONLY A FEW STAINS LINGER THAT COULD NOT BE REMOVED). CHEMDRY WAS TRULY OBLIGING AND COOPERATIVE. THE ONLY ADDITIONAL CHARGE OVER AND ABOVE THE FIRST CLEANING WAS FOR SCOTCHGARD PROTECTION THAT I REQUESTED ON THE THIRD VISIT. I WOULD CALL THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY AND RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION."
