"Matt was very professional, courteous, and friendly.  He first inspected areas to be cleaned.  Since it was a very hot day, he installed an apparatus on my door to minimize air loss......very thoughtful.  He pre spotted dirty spots.  In the master bedroom, there were some paint spots on the carpet.  He removed the paint spots which previous carpet cleaners did not bother to try to remove.  My carpets look great!  I was very pleased with Matt and plan to use his service to clean carpets at my daughter's townhouse.

The house is always very clean when we get home - they dust, do a great job on our hardwood floors and make the bathrooms spotless.
