"Matt was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He first inspected areas to be cleaned. Since it was a very hot day, he installed an apparatus on my door to minimize air loss......very thoughtful. He pre spotted dirty spots. In the master bedroom, there were some paint spots on the carpet. He removed the paint spots which previous carpet cleaners did not bother to try to remove. My carpets look great! I was very pleased with Matt and plan to use his service to clean carpets at my daughter's townhouse.

Cleaning the walls and woodwork was very important to us because we use very good paint and Cannot afford to paint a house when washing the walls would remove the dirt and grime. "They have done work for my home and office both. I had an emergency arise and Andy came out to my house at 8 oclock at night with no extra charge and cleaned my carpet.
