"This company is absolutely fantastic! Tony is so professional and a really great guy. He bid me a price for some work that turned out to be much more complicated than originally thought. He did not try and increase his price and did the work for the pre-determined rate. In addition, I had a tv he was supposed to hang that was brand new in the box. When he opened it, he discovered the screen was shattered. I was able to return the tv and he is coming back out on a separate trip to hang it. He has really gone above and beyond. I cannot recommend him more highly."

He arrived on time on the day of the job and observed proper coronavirus precautions and wore a mask while in my home. The new TV was a difficult install that the Geek Squad couldn't handle. Mike was able to construct a new mount out of sight within the cabinet which would allow the screen to fit flush with the frame and yet easy to manipulate so the cables could be accessed. When completed, everything looked neat and professional."

"I contacted Erker Security Systems when the security company we had employed for 30 years was unable and unsuccessful in upgrading and modernizing their previously installed alarm system in our home. After 6 to 8 weeks of frustration with the old alarm company’s attempt to replace devices, and install the control panel and alarm system I was forced to contact another alarm company. Paul Erker, President, and Larry Colemire, Vice President, from Erker Security were attentive to my questions and desires for modernizing my equipment. Mr. Erker immediately responded to my phone call and Mr. Colemire came to my home that very day to assess the situation and status of the alarm system. Mr. Colemire was able to define the problems associated with the faulty and incomplete attempt to update my system and evaluated the condition of the devices and wiring of the old system. Subsequently a team of three very competent installers successfully wired the master panel, replaced defective devices, and programmed the computer to monitor our new alarm system in short order. While the previous alarm company was unable to use their earlier placed hard wired devices and substituted wireless devices in their stead, Erker’s installers were able to trace the previously placed wiring so that all the wireless devices were converted to the preferred hard wired status. The new, updated system has functioned flawlessly and has exceeded my expectations for modernizing and upgrading my home alarm. All the personnel involved in the company from the front desk to the top of the executive suite we’re kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and were interested in ensuring the successful installation and functioning of the alarm system. Mr. Erker himself contacted me on several occasions to ensure I was satisfied with the work and functioning of the alarm. It isn’t every day that the President of a company takes a personal interest in the individual customer’s needs and desires. This company is truly one in a million. "I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
