The second "phase" was carpeting and vinyl. We had scheduled two days for carpet install and the vinyl was to be scheduled later when it arrived. However, I was surprised to learn they vinyl had arrived early and all would be completed in three days. While it was a pleasant surprise, I would have appreciated a call to inform me of the extended day since I had painters scheduled for the next day, but that was a minor bump. Overall, the experience was great. The workmen were professional, courteous and efficient.

"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.

We had just had a contractor remove our acoustic ceiling and replace it. we did not plan on getting carpet right away because of finances. we decided while all the furniture was moved out, we should go ahead and replace the carpet. we bought our carpet from a wholesaler who referred us to several installers. we called several who would not be available for a couple of months.  when we called World Class Floors and explained the situation, they were happy to fit us in. 
they always showed up on time and the men were very professional.  they had the job done in 2 days and it looks beautiful.
