We have been fixing things ever since, including but far from limited to six leaks, replacement of one ac/ furnace, They take no responsibility and won?t speak with me. We also discovered that many our appliances including stove and fridge were purchased at a scratch and dent store. They never mentioned this to us. We discovered it when dealing with issues with both fridge and stove. Currently having stucco repair work done. Just saying? they built the house next-door at the same time and the results have been pretty much the same. All I can say, if for some reason you choose Hickock Homes, negotiate your contract very carefully, also be sure you understand the limitations on the so called home warranty. during the build tRay to stay on top of things as much as possible. "
