Dan was prompt, professional and friendly all at the same time. What I liked most was it was like 2 people talking, not like he was some greasy salesman. He explained what I didn't understand, and I actually learned a LOT. If you are a 1st buyer, I ESPECIALLY recommend him. Not to mention his price is extremely reasonable. No pressure, no agenda. GREAT COMPANY!

Dan was great, I am a first time home buyer and was looking for a good affordable inspector. He gave me more for my money than even some of the other inspectors that charged double would’ve done. He allowed me and my agent to walk through the inspection with him and gave me full details about what he saw and how we could fix the problem, went as far as to recommend trusted contractors for the job. Dan was very responsive, set the appointment for my convenience, was incredibly thorough, allowed me to do the walkthrough with him and pointed out concerns as we went, provided a full report in less than a day with pictures, videos, information, and contacts for contractors he works with.
