The a/c unit is on the roof (6-flat) - the furnace in my condo. They wore booties while in the house, and used drop cloths to catch all of the debris from job. Excellent work! Very nice people! Before the job was completed, the Air Blue office called to make sure everything was going well. I recommended them to the other unit owners in my building, and one of my neighbors called them for a survey and estimate, and had her units replaced within 2 weeks also. I have recommended Air Blue to other friends. They are great!! Thank you Air Blue for your help - and the referral gift too! It's obvious Tom is knowledgeable in his field and offered a lot of good insight and advice. His work was very thorough. After the inspection, and having found some mold, we were provided with a detailed survey report along with recommendations for remediation, which helped us immensely in our decision-making. Overall, it was money well-spent. I know had we gone with another vendor we were considering, we would've spent more than twice as much money on less effective tactics, or unnecessary tests to get probably the same results. One minor note -- these guys can be quite busy, and I am not surprised. So if you're working on a tight deadline, be upfront about it to make sure they can meet your deadline. That was my mistake in not being clear with how quickly we needed our report, but fortunately, they were able to get us what we needed just in time! We would work with these guys again and recommend them to anyone who is in need of mold/environmental inspections. I hired a Professional Engineer to review, revise, perform calculations and stamp the design drawings. This was money well spent. All of the contractors were held to the same standard. If not for this, a contractor may have bid a lower wall at the corner and taken other short cuts. They were all on the same playing field. The contractor that got the award came up with a better design in terms of constructibility and costs. After I reviewed his plans and verified that this met or exceeded the original specification, he was awarded the contract based on price and overall reviews of his previous performance based on the BBB. At that time, there were no reviews on Angies List and this may be the first. As the project progressed we recognized a couple of changes that would make significant improvements from the original design. I had a Tand M price in the contract and the additional costs were very reasonable. My neighbors have commented on the improvements and I am very satisfied. We had half of our tree fall due to the hail storms over Memorial Day weekend. The 30â plus section crushed our fence and also landed about 15â into our neighbors yard. The 5 man crew work very well together and did an excellent job! They went beyond our expectations cleaning up all the...
After having another piano mover tell us that our piano could not be placed in our finished basement (not a walkout, but it has a wide stairwell with no landing), we called Will at St. Louis Piano. He asked for pictures of the baby grand and the stairwell and told us that it would be no...

They were on time, explained exactly what the process was and walked the property with me afterwards to explain what was done and what the stakes meant. He was very thorough and professional. I even recommended them to our neighbor, which they ended up surveying their yard as well.

The painting part seems to be quite good, and it only took 2 days. The crew consisted of 5 men. They put down drop cloths and picked up all of those scrapings when they were finished. They vacuumed up the particles that didn't land on the dropcloth.

FAQs for land surveying projects in House Springs, MO
Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:
Planning for construction projects, like building a fence
Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures
Settling property line disputes
Creating subdivisions
Meeting mortgage requirements
Selling your property
Land surveying costs about $530 for the average homeowner. However, your total cost could range anywhere from $200 to $1,000 or more. Factors like the size of your property play a significant role in what you pay, but other things like the survey type and the time of year can also impact the final cost.
For example, if you’re looking for a simple boundary survey, you can expect to pay between $100 and $600. However, if you want a more in-depth survey that depicts the elevations of your hills and trees, you can expect to pay between $500 and $1,200 for a topographic survey.
A few different types of land surveys can help determine certain features and boundaries of your property. These include:
Boundary surveys describe the actual borders of a property. These are generally required when trying to get construction permits issued.
Location surveys provide much of the same information as a boundary survey but also include in-depth information about any improvements made to your property.
Mortgage location surveys are usually required by lenders and title companies before financing or offering an insurance policy.
Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements.
Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.
Land survey reports provide a lot of helpful information about your property and land. The exact information provided depends on the type of survey you have done, but common information that they can provide includes:
Location of utility fixtures
Clear boundaries and dimensions of your property
General topography
Land elevation information
Confirmation of easements or encroachments
Land surveys don’t technically expire. They do serve as a point of reference and a snapshot of your property, though, so as soon as you make changes to your property (and even if your neighbor makes certain changes to theirs), your existing land survey becomes inaccurate, and a new one must be done. Even if you don’t make any changes to your property, many states only guarantee the accuracy of a land survey for five to ten years.
