Fair price, and the installers did an excellent job. (Including moving furniture, which included a refrigerator.)

Original floor installation was scheduled for 5 days. It took 7. The installer arrived at about 10:30 am on average each day. They worked about 6 hrs sometimes leaving for an hour or more for lunch and errands. The installation was not completed by the scheduled date; we allowed them to work Sat & Sun to complete the job which was 6:30 pm Sun. By sacrificing our weekend Reinhold could keep its commitments to other customers. There was considerable dust around the entire house as a result of the work. We spent several days cleaning every room top to bottom. The newly installed floor was defective and a decision was made to replace the defective tiles. This was to take 3 days. After 2 days the installer was unable to effectively remove defective tiles and more defective tiles appeared. A joint decision was made to take out tiles and subfloor. The replacement was scheduled for 8 days, which could not start immediately because of their other commitments. It took 12 days, including 3 weekend days and our planned vacation. On the last day, the installers left at 7:30 pm on Sum, with some baseboard not reinstalled. Again, by us sacrificing our weekend and VACATION, Reinhold Flooring could keep its commitments with other customers. The installers did put up plastic over all openings and cabinets and Rienhold Flooring did provide a cleaning service to assist us with cleaning. The cleaning service satisfactorily completed the task we gave them, however there was still considerable dust inside the cabinets and pantry, which required removal and wiping of all contents. Reinhold Flooring offered us $200 in compensation for our troubles on a $5,998.00 bid. We were insulted. Our sacrifice of weekends and vacation allowed Rienhold Flooring to keep it commitments to other customers. That, I believe would be worth well more than $200. Apparently, they don’t. Before contracting with this flooring company you may want to consider the value of your weekends, vacation and time you’ll spend cleaning after the installation.

We chose Reinhold because we wanted to use a local business and they had a good rating on Angie’s List. Their pricing was in line with what we paid previously for the same room. We compared some samples with Joe Jokisch in the store. He then came to our home and measured the room. Installers were timely, polite and left our home very clean. They removed the old carpet and pad, moved furniture in and out of room, prepared subfloor including refastening floor as needed to eliminate squeaks. Overall a great experience

Me. Reinhold was involved in the whole process. Wonderful guy. Came by when the laminate was be installed. Carpet guys worked past 6pm to complete job. Needed some follow up on the laminate. Was taken care of quickly and professionally.

I have used Reinhold Flooring several times now and they have always been so great to work with! I first heard about them through family and friends, who have used them for years. They do great work and their pricing is very reasonable. There is no other company I would use for flooring!

The floors look awesome! Marshall and Tony did excellent job a pleasure to have in the home. I really didn't think I could have for that type of flooring after checking other places. I decided I would check out Reinhold flooring to see what they had surprisingly they were less than half of most other places. I can't wait to have him back to do my kitchen and I'm definitely going to ask for Marshall and Tony. I like that they don't use subcontractors at Reinhold.

I was communicating with Steve Reinhold about flooring and estimates. He abruptly stopped communication for several days. In my opinion, companies who cannot communicate appropriately are very risky to do business with. I will be going with a different company for my installs.

Crew arrived promptly, took care of furniture to make sure felt was placed on each piece, took care to remove bathroom fixtures to cut tile around them. Worked in teams and all together to get as much great work done as quickly as possible.. I could not believe how together they were keeping me updated and working at the same time. The two floors matched perfectly and even though from another company who were not so great. Steve Reinhold came by to make sure all was going well and to say hello, and the foreman Paul made sure that it was done how I wanted and also what would look the best for the entire look of the house. He was sharp, had excellent skills and ran the crew who were all polite and caring of household objects that they acted like the items were theirs. The floor now looks like it was all done by Reinhold and that is a very good thing. You cannot go wrong, you may be under the impression that the Big Box Stores (Orange) or the other (Blue) or even the liquidators (Yellow) will do the best work and have a cheaper price , but please get an estimate for all the work done and I think, considering you want the house to look great and feel that you had the best job done at the fair cost, go local and choose Reinhold. You will be pleased as I was on this job,, and another I had done in Affton. They are true professionals and the staff at the office Laury and Peggy know the products, and are wonderful in matching what types of flooring that would be best for your particular needs. I would recommend Reinhold to anyone and encourage you to get an estimate before you go to a big box.

They came in and took up the existing carpet, put down a nice subfloor for all wood Bruce Hardwood. The color was perfect and the craftmanship was unbelievable. They put in in all areas, closets, laundry, and it was just great, no squeaks and matched entirely and made the Condo look like it was new. They are friendly, fast , and stand behind their work 100%. Steve is a man of his word and he deserves a great rating, good quality products and great people.

I rejoined Angie's List just so I could give these folks a good review. Beginning to end the experience was superior. From the initial visit to the store/showroom to look at carpet samples (they let me take home a large selection to make sure of the color) right through to the installation (about 2 weeks later) everything went very well. Kenny, the guy who came to measure the rooms and who was my primary contact was very helpful, friendly and professional. I initially went to a big box store and was very dissatisfied with treatment I got from them. Reinhold came in with an estimate only $100 more than the big box guys and the carpeting I got was much better quality. The installers were very professional, friendly and thorough. The carpeting looks great and I will definitely go back to Reinhold when I do the rest of the floors in my house.

The entire process from selection to clean up went very smoothly. First of all an excellent selection to work with and a staff who knows the product and if will work for the particular application. The installation team showed up on time, went over the job with me then started. When they completed we reviewed the room and agree it was done to my satisfaction. Will use them again and would totally recommend this company. This company has did my entire house over the years and always an excellent job.

We had to replace the carpeting in one of our condo units. Visited his office several times looking at carpeting styles and colors. They were very friendly, helpful and provided samples for me to take home. They made suggestions on types of commercial carpeting for our project and what would wear best. A color and type was selected and ordered. They installed it in the building and did an excellent job. The building was a two-story and involved stairs and landings and there were wrought iron railings that had to be removed and reinstalled. They did a great job with both. Wouldn't hesitate to use Reinhold again

We had laminate hardwood and carpet put in. Laminate was dogeared and still installed. Many pieces slipped out and the solution was to glue. Owner did not check in on this job. The laminate does not clean well even though we asked for a recommendation for kitchen flooring that could hold up to small children. The floor remains dull and streaky after cleaning. When I called to ask for cleaning suggestions, I was told I was cleaning with too much cleaner. I was not. The next time I called I asked to speak to the owner. He did not call back. Instead our original representative called which led us no where. We are now stuck with a terrible looking floor that we hate.

They seemed to be professional enough and we were happy with them.

They installed the ordered carpet only to have the last & longest room of installed carpet contain a major flaw running down a 25 ft length. They graciously reordered the same carpet and installed it a SECOND time in a timely matter...without a cost to me. However, the SECOND install of carpet for the great room also had the major flaw running down the entire length and they rolled it out but didn't install. They agreed to reorder the carpet for a THIRD time but strongly advised I change carpet types and colors. I agreed to change colors but could not find a carpet of comparable general quality/color to match the carpet in the adjoining room that was originally installed. We reordered a THIRD carpet to be installed in the great room and it came and was installed without a flaw. However, now the carpet in the theater room which joins up with this new color ...no longer matches. I'm not happy with the mismatched colors that the new carpet has created for the adjoining room. With great reluctance, they agreed to let me pick a new carpet for the theater room that would match the new color for the adjoining great room....at no increase in price if I stayed within a specific priced carpet range. The change in the theater room carpet was made and all carpets matched and were without flaws. This long and drawn out event took many months of ordering/reordering and installing. Reinhold did a great job of working with me to the very end. They had lost money on the install because of the many installs that had to be done. The carpet installer who worked for REINHOLD in doing the installs was great and made a very unpleasant situation as pleasant as possible. The salesman who sold the carpet and set up the install did a great job also. He was quite concerned by the THIRD install and the reinstall of the adjoining carpet....but in the end he worked hard to make sure I, the customer was satisfied with the completed outcome. This was a NIGHTMARE of a project that was no fault of REINHOLD, except they were working maybe with a questionable distributor. REINHOLD did an good job of installing the carpet and working with me to get each install done as quickly as possible. I felt they had honored the terms of their contract. It placed them in a position of losing money w/multiple installs but they worked with me to the end and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

The member has used this provider on several occasions. She loves the work that they do. There were not any unexpected issues that occurred. The provider always does excellent work.

Excellent from start to finish. ?The hardest part of process was choosing color of carpet. ?From the sales, measuring and installation we had in sync communication and expectations set. ?Pricing was very competitive and expansive choices available offering a pet pad to go under the carpet, which was not done anywhere else we shopped. Timeliness and professionalism of the installers went above and beyond, since it snowed on the morning of the install, they took time to lay the old carpet outside so they weren't tracking snow, mud and wet throughout the house. ?Installers showed promptly, walked me through the job and then began the install. ?Carpet installed looks great, would use again and highly recommend.

Mr. Reinhold, the owner, very professional and quickly worked with us to resolve flooring installation issues.? Tile person?had his son as his co-worker.? Both were very hard workers and was very conscious of keeping install site clean and safe.?Issue on tile installation was a haze that remained on tile after job completion.? Since installation, grout has settled and cured leaving a noticeable ridge between tiles.? Uncomfortable on feet. Hardwood floor person we would never use again.? A superior attitude and mediocre installation skills?left us with several issues Mr. Reinhold stepped in to resolve.?
