They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "Christian came by and surveyed the loose shingles and gave us a quote.  We called him and we set up a time he would be back in a couple of days.  He came by but the color of the shingles didn't match so he came back by a few days later after we realized that our shingles were still on the roof.  Christian came back and re-installed our shingles while we were gone and didn't charge us.  Wow, were were surprised with that kind of service!  We are sending him a gift card for his job!  i was just so grateful!  We don't see this kind of kindness very often and we want him to know just how much we appreciated this!  We will definitely recommend SOUTHERN GRACE EXTERIORS to any of our friends or neighbors in the future and we will definitely use them again ourselves.

"Project went well. Our crawl space was gross but not totally terrible. We did renovations on the first floor of our house, and when we pulled up the ceramic tile floor that was in our kitchen, the backside of the tile was covered in mold. I wasn't concerned about having a dirt crawl space or honestly the water in it until then. Kind of assumed out of sight out of mind. They fully encapsulated the crawl space, added a dehumidifier and sump that were appropriate to our size space. Didn't think they were trying to sell me more than I needed. I had to install an outlet in the crawlspace for the dehumidifier, but they told me I would need to. I don't know anyone that wants to spend money on their crawl space, but I wasn't about to have mold all through the house from the moisture coming from below."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."
