"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "Erin’s painting did an amazing job transforming our first floor from an ugly yellow into our ideal space. The quality of work was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly flexible and understanding, even pivoting midway through the project when we weren’t loving how the original color choice looked on the walls which something you don’t see often with contractors. They went above and beyond to patch all damages and made sure everything was taped, mudded, and finished perfectly. They were also extremely helpful before the project even started, taking the time to walk us through paint options and helping us choose what would work best for our space. They adjusted their schedule to ensure the job was completed on time, which we truly appreciated. We’re already planning to have them back for our kitchen, and everything so far has been incredible. Best value for the quality of work, and we’re so glad we chose them. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again."

"Like in a previous review, we had Surface Pro resurface our bathtub. The work looked good at first, but now it has peeled off in several places. Ryan Schirmer said that there would be a 5-year warranty. We are within that period, but he has not replied at all to any of our multiple emails (with pictures)."

"The work was substandard at best. I was deceived on the work that would be performed. I was told at the time of sales that the wood siding I had would be cut back and replaced with similar material. It was not. It was replaced with what appears to be a type of trim. I had originally called in because I wanted my house painted. They then only painted the siding and told me the trim would be extra after they had already started the job. At this point I felt like I was being held hostage to their demands. Since they had already started the job they would do what would normally cost over $2000 for around $1600. I elected not to have this additional work performed. I would have NEVER had them do any work had I known this from the beginning. There is caulk everywhere. Nothing was taped or masked. The paint lines are not straight or even. Sometimes they would paint the side of the trim the same color as the siding. In other places they wouldn't. They washed out their brushes with my house in my yard. One night they left the hose on. I asked them not to wash their brushes in my grass and one of them was rude about it. Do not recommend. The owner offered me $200 off for my troubles. I just wanted the job done right. This isn't it. A month later and I'm still waiting for them to come and touch up spots where they set their ladder against the wet paint and you can see marks on the siding because of it."
