"It was time to replace as well as add landscape lighting. Within a day of finding Outdoor Lighting Solutions, Jeremy called me back to set up an estimate. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, explaining that because I was switching to LEDs I actually needed fewer lights than I currently had. We also wanted to add lighting around the patio. Jeremy said we'd need fewer lights than we thought and suggested two uplights to accent trees....we would never have thought of that. "Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
