Prior experience includes cleaning the freeman healthcare clinics in Pittsburg KS and Frontenac, BioLife in Joplin MO, Heritage tractor in Lockwood MO and Pittsburg KS. I also have experience in residential homes. I am a perfectionist when it comes to the quality of my work. I have auto detailing experience as well. Single mother, I respect my customers privacy and their possessions, absolute zero tolerance for theft. Keep it real, I appreciate honesty and value trust. I DO NOT specialize in cleaning/disposal of human waste or fecal matter of any type. Please don't be easily offended, There's no judgement here. We're all human, I just have a weak stomach. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
