There were some unexpected issues that came up with the installation due to the age of the home but he explained what needed to be done and found the solution to make everything work out. My new floor is beautiful. He was meticulous in his work and even went the extra mile to level my old stove. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

The only recommendation I have for moving forward with other efforts is that when they completed the effort and cleaned up (and they did a great job cleaning up) that they take the trash with them. Not that I minded. They put it in bags and set it aside. However, some of these residential trash services can be a little weird about what and how much they take. This is however not a reason to not hire them. They did great work!"
