"I contacted Jeff before arriving in town and discussed the scope of the job. When we were able to meet and explain what was needed for the job, he carefully looked over what was needed, took measurements, discussed his and our ideas for the job and promised an estimate in 24 hours. After thinking through the work, and with a couple of alterations, he made a bid and we accepted it. He was able to start work the following day, and completed the whole job in less than a week. He required half of the estimate to start, and the balance on completion. This was very professional and we were very excited about his timetable of finishing within a week.
