"They were responsive to every call, did the work professionally and cleaned up nicely.  We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.  We had two leaning columns in the back yard that are now straight and piered so they will never shift again.  They then removed a large area of cracked cement and relayed.  It looks fantastic!

"With a slight delay due to COVID, the work was very well done. Plaster repairs were completed, all furniture was moved away from the walls, the floors were covered. The colors were exactly as I requested, including the crown molding. The work was completed in the time quoted and for the estimated cost."

"I originally planned to hire Modern Marvels to demolish my garage (which was leaning quite a bit to one side and needed to be winched over and one wall rebuilt) because the repair bids I was getting were too expensive. Chris told me they could repair the garage, as well as put on new siding, for not much more than the demo bid. They were extremely easy to work with, fast and communicative. They also did a good job. Would recommend!"

"They did an excellent job! I am so very happy with the finished project as well as the cleanup and responsible workers who were here every day!"
