"Prompt, courteous, good communication. Andy cleaned and deodorized a heavily stained carpet and was even able to remove rust stains. Would definitely hire again"

"I hadn't had the area rug cleaned in years. It needed cleaning real bad. I had Certified Floor Care by Andy clean the area rug. The carpet looks brand new. Excellent cleaning job. Andy also recommended the right type of pad for the carpet. He even went out of the way to pick the pad up for me. I highly recommend this company."

"Richard asked pertinent questions before starting the job. He did terrific work. The carpet even went into the closets so there was quite a bit to be done. He gave me some tips on spot cleaning because I am moving in with two cats. A very knowledgeable man with a pleasant personality. I felt he was reasonable with the price also. I highly recommend him."

"The price was reasonable but the carpet didn’t look any cleaner to me. It did SMELL better though."

"Went very well.  One carpet was stained and they did an excellent job cleaning.

"It was great . I have used the service several times and refer them to anyone I know that needs carpets upholstery and rugs clean ."

"Overall, the carpets were very clean when they left. However, I felt that I had been "upsold" on the cleaning and ended up paying a lot more than I wanted to have my carpets cleaned. I was told that due to the type of carpet I have, it would need a "deep clean" because the regular clean covered by by Groupon wouldn't clean it well enough. The guy was pretty big, and obviously knows my home, so I felt intimidated and didn't want to say no. Plus I was told there were stains that might not come out with the regular clean and I really didn't want him to leave and still have stains so I went ahead with the deep clean...an extra $100+ that I wasn't expecting to spend.  (I was debating going with the regular clean to see if they'd come out but was afraid they'd just leave the stains to make a point.)
He was friendly enough, and out in less than two hours, but combined with the hard sell and forgetting the duct inspection, I was really turned off and I wouldn't recommend him nor will I use this company again.
