The work was not completed that same day. I followed up with a phone call twice and he said he would be back out, he said he had covid. Never heard back from him, I called in again and left a voice mail but I never heard from him. I was going to refer additional business if they came back out and get the work done. Apparently they do not want the business. I just want them to even do the work to my satisfaction or for them reimburse me for the amount I paid.
