Mario came to give us the estimate and was either early or on time. I was running a bit late to the initial meeting. Somehow in the short amount of time he was at the house before I got there, Mario managed to draw a remarkably accurate replica of our property, house footprint and where he proposed to put sprinkler heads. I couldn't believe he hadn't used a site plan to create his drawing! That was one of the first reasons we decided to use M P Lawn Sprinklers. Another reason is that Mario's bid came back substantially lower than the other two bids we received.
They showed up when they said they would and did what they said what they would do. This doesn't sound like much, but in the process of building our house I've found very few contractors are willing to do those two very simple things.
