"They are in process of transitioning ownership. There was some confusion on the scheduling process (I was given a date and time that worked and then they called me back and needed to reschedule). I was told "early afternoon" and was home waiting at 12:30, they arrived at 3:30. When I tried calling to get updated info, I had to leave a voice mail message a few times before I was able to speak with someone to get an updated time. The workmanship was good.
