"Owner was responsive and professional. Crew was prompt and courteous. Truck and equipment seemed well maintained. They moved very quickly across the carpets while attempting to sell additional services. They were polite about the selling without annoying pressure. I liked everything about them except their ability to clean carpet. When they left, I put towels on the stairs. When I put my foot on the towel, grey water saturated the towel immediately. I tried other spots with the same effect. The carpet was very wet with very dirty water. It was late in the day, so I did not call them. I set box fans and a dehumidifier to dry it as quickly as possible. Within a couple of weeks I decided to replace the carpet due to the smell. I liked these guys and wanted to give a good review but can't. I selected them for their quick-dry assurance and it was the one area they failed badly. To be fair to them, I must point out that I did not call and give them a chance to resolve the problem. In my opinion, carpet cleaning is not high art or rocket science. They failed at the most basic component of the business while focusing on the periphery, so I cut my losses and moved on."

"Alex was amazing! I’m not used to having help with my home, so this wasn’t my comfort zone AT ALL. She was on time, personable, and asked about areas of concern. She put my mind at ease about having her there, and told me exactly what she would do. She let me see the products she would use because there are some smells that I don’t like in my house. I was able to continue my own office work undisturbed while she did a thorough housecleaning. I even heard her chatting sweetly with our pets that were very curious about what she was doing there. She was focused, diligent, and everything was sparkling when she was finished! She even got the baseboards behind the doors! She did an amazing job and I have recommended her to several people. Absolutely reasonable pricing for the spectacular job that was done on short notice!"

We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"

Before, I kept having to wipe off my counter tops a few times a day because they always felt gritty. After the duct cleaning, they stay clean now - A HUGE DIFFERENCE!
