"On time, punctual and efficient service.  They asked about any particular problem areas or high traffic areas and gave special treatment to the areas I pointed out.  Carpet was clean and dried quickly though some trouble spots re-emerged in the carpet a few months later...but we only had the carpet cleaned to get us through a few months for when we were ready to tear up carpet and switch to hard wood. Employees wore shoe covers and were very respectful of our home and friendly towards our dogs.  Would not hesitate to hire again for carpet cleaning. Great value.

"They have done work for my home and office both. I had an emergency arise and Andy came out to my house at 8 oclock at night with no extra charge and cleaned my carpet. "I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."
