"I hired Grace to clean my 2,800 square foot home as it is too hard for me to clean because I am a disabled veteran. I am very pleased that I chose Grace because not only did she clean my home better than anybody ever has, she told me she cares so very much about taking care of veterans because they sacrifice their lives and bodies to protect her and her family and everyone in America. I will be hiring Grace again and will forever refer her to anybody who needs their house cleaned to perfection. Thank you so much for your generosity and kindness."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service! I cannot say enough great things about this cleaning company! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They went above and beyond to make my home look and feel brand new. Every room was spotless—from the baseboards and bathrooms to the kitchen and floors. They paid attention to the little details that many companies overlook, and the quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. My home smelled fresh, looked amazing, and felt so clean when they were finished. The team was punctual, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently without rushing the job. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and top-quality cleaning service, I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my family and friends. Five stars isn’t enough—they deserve ten! Thank you!"

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

One of the best ways to prepare for a home biohazard cleanup is not to touch anything. Do not remove belongings, even if they are of value or importance, from the area as they are likely contaminated. It’s essential not to use any cleaning products of your own, as the cleaning company will be using chemicals that could interact with your products.

One thing you can do to prepare is take pictures of your space and belongings that need to be cleaned, especially if you plan on filing a claim with your insurance company. In addition, take time to make a list of items that are valuable, sentimental, or otherwise important. The cleanup company must evaluate these belongings to make sure they are safe.

To neutralize mildew smell, you can use natural deodorizers like baking soda or activated charcoal. Baking soda absorbs odors; sprinkle it liberally on the affected area, let it sit for a few hours, then vacuum it up. Activated charcoal, available in pouches, works similarly. Vinegar, with its natural acidic properties, can also neutralize odors. Mix equal parts water and vinegar, spray the affected area lightly, then blot it with a dry cloth. Enzymatic cleaners are effective too, breaking down odor-causing compounds.

The most effective toilet tank cleaners include commercial cleaning products, but for DIY purposes, white vinegar is best. Vinegar can help kill bacteria and remove mineral buildup from your toilet tank, but it won’t harm the necessary bacteria in your septic tank as some commercial products can. For the best clean, hire a professional to choose the most aggressive cleaning product that’s still safe for your septic tank, or use white vinegar and a scrub brush to do the cleaning yourself.

These hardworking scrubbers should be replaced every six months. Most toilet brushes have nylon bristles, and over time, these bristles can bend, fray, or fall out, reducing the effectiveness of the brush. Silicone brushes hold their shape longer, but the softer bristles are less effective at removing residue and build-up. To clean your toilet brush after use, spray it with a disinfecting cleaner and let it air dry by closing the handle under the toilet seat and letting the brush head drip into the toilet bowl.

Having dust in your home doesn’t automatically make your house unhealthy, but it can contribute to allergies and other respiratory issues. Dust is a mix of tiny particles that include dirt, dead skin cells, dust mite body parts and droppings, animal dander, and pollen, so breathing in excessive amounts isn’t good for your health. Dust accumulation can also accumulate in fabrics, mattresses, and rugs, as well as harm electronic devices if it builds up inside the system.
