"We have been using Power Up for years and have always been very satisfied customers. They are very professional and reliable and work quickly and efficiently. We live in a home that is over 100 years old and have needed help with a wide range of projects to which at times have been complex and they have always successfully been able to accomplish what we are asking them to do. I would highly recommend them."

"When I called around for quotes and to make the appointment, AA Key & Lock had clear upfront pricing and answered all of my questions. They had several options to find a convenient time for the service. They were able to rekey front and back door and install deadbolt on basement door for a newly purchased home in about an hour."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

Small jobs welcome

"These guys know what they are doing. They installed a home theater for me and their work is very clean, and very professional. After getting bids from several companies I will say that they took their time even at that stage, and tested all the equipment before submitting the bid. Excellent, high quality work."

"I've been nagged by relentless malware popups on my MacBook Pro over the past year, none of which I was able to defend against despite the purchase of multiple virus software solutions. I needed real help from real pros, someone I could talk to who could address my problem out of the comfort of my home. AIO Integrations fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes via a scheduled call and provided helpful tips on how to prevent annoying (and threatening) malware attacks in the future. I strongly recommend AIO Integrations LLC to anyone seeking professional service, deep technology experience and a 'can-do' customer-first' outcome. My only regret is that I didn't find AIO Integrations earlier. This was a 5 Star experience. And thank you, Robert Trembath!"

Home Automation FAQs, answered by experts

Costs depend on home size, number of rooms staged, duration of staging, and furniture rental needs.

Most staging projects take 2-5 days, including furniture arrangement, décor placement, and touch-ups.

It is generally better to stage a house than to leave it empty, as it can help the home sell faster and for a higher price. Staging helps potential buyers envision themselves living in the property. According to the National Association of Realtors, more than 75% of buyer’s agents report that staging makes it easier for buyers to build a connection with the home. Furthermore, a 2018 survey of over 4,200 professionally staged homes revealed that most sold for 6% to 25% more than their unstaged counterparts. Using a professional staging service can improve a buyer’s opinion of your house and may lead to higher offers.

The average cost to stage a home is around $1,800, with most sellers paying between $800 and $2,800 for professional services. However, the total cost can vary significantly, ranging from $500-$600 for an initial consultation to $5,000 or more for comprehensive, full-home staging.

The final price depends on several factors, including the home's size, location, and condition, as well as the number of rooms being staged. Other key cost drivers include whether you need to rent furniture, the quality of the decor, the stager's experience, and the duration of the staging services. The scope of the project also plays a role, from virtual staging and simple decluttering to full-service design, which may involve repairs and maintenance.

Avoid using a home equity loan for non-essential or short-term expenses like vacations, luxury purchases, or temporary financial fixes. It’s best to reserve home equity loans for long-term investments, such as home improvements, that can add value to your property or financial position.
