He easily diagnosed the issue and gave me two ways to resolve it so I could choose and keep the cost down. Rocket Locksmith St. CharlesWonderful. Returned my call shortly after I reached out through Angie's List, came out that same day (a Sunday no less!), and had the work completed with in short amount of time. Replacing a door knob and dead bolt sounds like an easy proposition, but this really wasn't. I had tried and failed several times finding hardware that would work in the undersized holes and decided I needed to use a professional. Good decision.- Barbara T.

The person arrived on time and I was notified about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The lock was replaced quickly and the Locksmith explained all of the details of how to use it to me before his departure. I am so happy to have found this company.

After leaving a message with them, I was able to resolve the problem. They did promptly call me and offered some wise advise re rechecking the lock and suggestions for any similar problems. They are very professional and helpful and willing to assist even over the phone. They come highly recommended by friends and Angie list reviews so when and if in need, I will definitely call them. In near future, plan to replace some locks so will contact Krause Key and Lock.
