"Technician, Chris, was AWESOME!!!!! He was tied up in traffic and called to let me know. How much I appreciated that! He took apart the gas line in the fire pit and did some trouble shooting. Identified the cause as the log starter device. We discussed how to fix it - need a stone mason to expose the main gas line, then have Jamison return to fix it. Chris has another great idea how to use it if the masonry work would be too expensive. When I asked if he had any ideas, he suggested transforming the pit into a cool tabletop, which would complement the inline gas grill on one side and another fire pit on the other. GREAT company! GREAT employee, Chris! Thankyou very much! We're going to have the masonry done and call Jamison to make this operational.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Anchor Contracting came out immediately and gave me a very fair bid to redo a deck and siding that had been damaged by a fire and was unsafe. The work they did was excellent, the price was right and was done exactly on time. The owner, Sean Ichrist, was courteous and professional. After the work was completed, all areas were cleaned of debris. His bid and final bill were exactly the same. As a property manager of a large condo complex, it is wonderful to deal with the honesty and professionalism that Anchor Contracting and Sean bring to the job. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We could not have picked a worse day to move!!! It was raining/freezing rain and snow all mixed into a dreary friday the 13th!!
AAMC was there on time in this horrid weather to move us without any hesitation whatsoever. They were very pleasant to deal with, they went above and beyond what we expected them to do and that was a pleasant surprise!!! While they did fall a little short on moving pads to cover up our furniture with they improvised with blankets we provided to them and NOT ONE THING was damaged!!! Great job guys! We would definitely recommend them to anybody.
