People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

He took time to explain what work was performed and he provided a complete assessment of roof's condition, what work might be needed in the next five years  and specific items to inspect or watch each year. He sealed all nail pops on the roof, and used sealant to repair slight cup in a bad shingle seam. Work completed was exactly what he promised to perform when we initially discussed the job.
