He advised us that the windows would be manufactured elsewhere and that this would take about a month from the date when we accepted the proposal. It eas slightly less thsn four weeks after we signed the contract thst we were told the windows had arrived and that the installation would be done within several days. The company contacted us two days before the project was to start which allowed us to arrange the rooms to provide unrestricted access during the installation.
The workers arrived at mid-morning to start the project and worked through the day, returning for two hours on the next day to complete the work. They were polite, did not disturb us during their work. and clearly were well prepared for the work at hand. They collected all of the old windows and any other materials that were generated and disposed of them.
I was most impressed with the knowledge of their business that all of the WindowWorld employees displayed and that they did their work so unobtrusively.
