I'm glad I hadn't because I wasn't aware that using cleaning solutions that robert explained to me is actually more efficient and keeps it clean longer. Before he left he asked about doing the sidewalk and I was skeptical but after he demo'd a spot I had him do that to plus he blasted the cracks clean so the little weeds that like to try and grow there haven't been back in weeks. "We contacted Wells Professional Painting (Steve & Julie) September 2022 as we were wanted to have the exterior of the home stained/painted & several repairs completed prior to winter. They promptly came out and reviewed the house, discussed what needed to be completed and provided us with an reasonable estimate for the work to be completed. As with all quality professionals, they were booked out several months and were honest about being able to complete the work prior to the weather changing. The weather did not cooperate, but Steve & Julie did accommodate our need of having several of the repairs completed prior to winter and would not accept any payment until all the work had been completed. Fast forward to spring, they and their team came and did a beautiful job painting (solid stain) the house. Their entire crew was respectful, polite, hardworking, & cleaned up after themselves each day they were here. "Dan of Quality Builders Group was awesome! He came out the same day I made my request and had my problem repired/fixed super fast. When it rained hard we would have a water leak around the vent fan in our bathroom and that is not a fun concern to have. I didn't know if the roof was going to have to be replaced or what!?! Dan came out hopped on my "steeply" angled roof, took a look gave me an estimate(to which I said "YES") and off he went to work on it. Now not only had it rained earlier in the day but sure enough we got another round after he had sealed everything up, including another vent fan area that was starting to exhibit the same problem. I am happy to report not a single drop from that vent fan! We have gotten so accustomed to putting a big bowl in the bathroom to catch that leaking water, it was nice to see it totally bone dry!! I highly recommend Dan. He's professional, friendly and did the job "right"! Dan you're The Man!"
