I have a two story home. The entire back and side wall had settled over six inches ( a total distance of seventy five feet). At the side of the house we have a masonry fireplace that had settled significantly as well. Then owner Frank Matyiko hooked up his exclusive unified jacking machine. Frank provided us with a licensed structural engineer that stamped all fazes of construction. He assured me that our house would be a piece of cake. He was right. Advanced leveled the back of my house along with the fireplace with his unified machine. Not a crack in the house. Not a crack in the fireplace. There was a good amount of dirt to be moved and making a hill flat was going to be challenging. They communicated well with me on things that needed to happen and any request made by me was made easy. There was a main power utility pole needing moved in this project and all went smoothly and timely. I was impressed with their skills and judgment on how my building site needed to be shaped.
