I went up to the van and asked what he was doing parked there. He said he isnt doing anything wrong and can park there. I told him he needed to go somewhere else and that I know he was trying to scope out the building materials and tools inside the fence. I walked off and called the cops. He was gone when I came back. I contacted the Dr and he already seen the cameras. He was thankful I'd been there. I try my best to be available a time that works best for the customer, but can't always be.
