"Kevin's work was well worth the money. I'd say he got a workout running between floors. He ran three new cables from the basement to the 2nd floor. Installed new wall plates in the new areas plus wall plates on additional cables that I had ran. His installation is top of the line and he cleaned up after he was done. "First, Bob stopped by with an estimate at the agreed upon time. Then, within a few days we scheduled the work.  He arrived on time and started right away. He worked with the back porch ceiling fan light first. This very old fixture was ancient however Bob took the time to disassemble and installed the new ceiling fan. He is very meticulous at his job. Then, he worked with installing track lighting in the dining room area.  The track lighting is beautiful too.  Lastly, he worked with replacing the back porch light located outside.  He had to use an extension ladder to reach the light.  He completed all jobs within about couple hours.  Bob was very personable and professional.  He remained focused with the jobs. He is skilled at his job.

"Our kitchen was ugly and barely working.   We went to Angie's List and hired Good Neighbors, LLC for a previous job and we hired them again and they gave us an outstanding kitchen remodel.
Good Neighbors had previously done a master bath remodel for us in 2012, which we love!  So when it came time to update and remodel our outdated 30 year old kitchen, we again hired Good Neighbors to do the kitchen remodel.  
They gave us a price, they gave us a finish date and they finished within budget and they finished on time.  Impressive!
Our kitchen was a complete demolish from the ceiling to the floor.  We installed new cabinets, new appliances, new lights, granite counter tops and updated the electrical service and the plumbing.   We did a lot. 
Our kitchen, as with many older home remodels came with several surprises once the work started.   However, Good Neighbors was able to handle the required fixes flawlessly and perfectly.  Most importantly, we are thrilled with the end result.  Even the building insectors complimented their work.
One point worth mentioning, which we really appreciated, was the fact that the Good Neighbors personnel, Tom, Chris and Caleb showed up on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up every night.  They never let us down, never left us hanging nor left us a mess to clean up.
The finished kitchen is even better than we had imangined.   Good Neighbors is worth of a glowing recommendation from us and we recommend them for any interior remodel and proudly give them an A."

"I needed pre-made cabinets and new counter tops installed along with some patch/painting work done. Al came to my home and give me an estimate for the work I needed in my kitchen. He was on-time and extremely polite everyday. His professionalism and knowledge for the work I needed FAR exceeded my expectations. We agreed on a start and finish date for which he was very accommodating. He removed the existing cabinets, patched the holes and painted where the cabinets were, before hanging the new ones. After installing the new cabinets and counter tops he completed all patch work needed in the kitchen and painted the entire room. Al made sure to ask me at the end of each day if I was satisfied with how things were progressing and cleaned up all his messes. I highly recommend using Al for any work you need!!!
