"System installed 2 years ago. Tore out of wall. They advertise 24/7 emergency repair. Called for help after trying to fix it for an hour so I could at-least get my car out of the garage. This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. Obviously at this time I was getting frustrated and panicked. Asked for someone to please come help me. And he said they don’t work on weekends and I was demanding. Definitely do not recommend"

This was a Sunday. Traveling home for holidays on Monday. Texted with Cory for some advice. Which didn’t work then he called me to try to help. He arrived on time on the day of the job and observed proper coronavirus precautions and wore a mask while in my home. The new TV was a difficult install that the Geek Squad couldn't handle. Mike was able to construct a new mount out of sight within the cabinet which would allow the screen to fit flush with the frame and yet easy to manipulate so the cables could be accessed. When completed, everything looked neat and professional."
