"I would highly recommend Greg Hill. He’s a great guy and he knows what he’s doing. We appreciate all the work he did on our new church project. He took a 112 year old building and turned it into a modern day sanctuary, kids church and offices. We are totally loving it."

Most municipalities require one keeps up on that duty. However, in a busy world who has the time? When an owner/agent wants to sell a house, a bank ensure its weatherized, when a tenant moves, when something breaks, I am the one that gets called. I specialize in tile and marble and come from 5 generations of setters. As a mason, tuck pointing was a necessity to learn. I have also accumulated 5 years of residential electrical, 5 years roofing, 5 years drywall and finish, and 5 years of painting. As it stands, I am halfway through a dual majored bachelors in Construction Management and Design/ Sustainable Energy Systems Management. Holding a 3.454 G.P.A. I treat each domicile as if it is a palace or temple, because to me it is. It is my purpose and passion.

Above-ground tornado shelters can withstand an EF5 tornado, which is the strongest tornado category on the Enhanced Fujita Scale. In other words, your above-ground shelter can withstand wind speeds higher than 200 mph.

Technically, most states allow tiny homes, but it depends on the definition of tiny and whether the structure is permanent. Zoning laws regarding home size and construction are significant factors. For instance, a tiny home may be legal as a recreational vehicle in most areas, but you may only install it on a property if it complies with building and zoning codes.

This is a matter of personal preference. However, building a detached structure is generally considered better if you intend to rent out the new space. The advantage to going with an attached garage addition is that you may pay less for plumbing, HVAC, and other features because you can use the existing systems from your home to carry over piping and wires.

Storage lockers are much smaller than storage units. A stocker locker is typically about 20 square feet, whereas storage units can stretch up to 200 square feet. Storage lockers are an affordable option for small-storing needs like decluttering or moving.
