He came out on a home warranty claim for my washer and ultimately ghosted me. So he got paid the service fee, and after that appointment i spoke to him exactly one time before he ghosted. The work was not done and he didn't communicate with the home warranty company, so now i have to wait to get another tech out, pay them another service fee and then wait some more for them to complete the work. Unprofessional!

Greg was very attentive to the need and went beyond what was expected when repairing some water damage to the exterior of the home. Aside from the repairs he left no trace of even being there. Very quick, very clean. Iâ ll definitely use him again!
